1) Prepayment ($5): To request roadside assistance, the driver must make a $5 prepayment at the time of submitting the service request.
2) Service Confirmation: Once the prepayment is received, we will connect the driver with a qualified mechanic or partner service to resolve the issue.
3) Final Payment ($10): After the service is successfully provided, the driver must pay the remaining $10 to complete the total service fee of $10.
4) Payment Obligation: By submitting a request and making the prepayment, the driver agrees to pay the remaining amount after the service is rendered.
5) Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to complete the final payment may result in restrictions on future service requests.
